Candle-Making Classes

Candle-Making Class at The Center for the Creative Arts — Hockessin, DE

Join me for a fun, hands-on Candle-Making Class at the Center for the Creative Arts in Hockessin, Delaware — held two Saturdays each month. In this 1.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn the basics of soy candle-making and pour your own custom candle from start to finish in the Yellow Studio!

Fragrance options include blending your own unique scent or selecting a single fragrance from a curated list of premium oils. Every participant will pour one candle and learn tips for balance, scent strength, and clean-burning performance.

Payment Options

The class fee is $45 per person.
At booking, you may choose either option:

Cancellation + Refund Policy

• $10 of every booking is nonrefundable, whether paid as a deposit or as part of full payment.

• If you cancel 4 or more days before class, you can get full refund.

• If you cancel within 3 days of class or do not attend, the $10 per person is forfeited and retained to cover materials reserved for you.

🚗 Candle Pickup / Shipping

Candles need time to set and cure — they cannot be taken home the same day.

You may choose one of the following:

✓ Pick up at a future class date (dates will be shared + emailed)
✓ Pick up from the CCArts Office (within two weeks)
✓ Have your candle shipped
  • $8 for the first candle + $2 for each additional to the same address
  • Shipping is paid at the class
