Refund policy

Candles that have been used are not eligible for return or refund. If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14-days of receipt for an exchange of equal value. You will only be responsible for shipping costs.

All packaged, non candle, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase providing they have not been opened/used.

Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in original condition.

Jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in original condition.

All other items may be returned within 14 days of purchase  providing they are in their original condition at sale. Once item is received in-person or shipped back by buyer, a refund will be issued.
