• Q: How much profit do we get? 
  A. You earn 50% profit of every candle sold.
• Q: What is the benefit of soy candles? 
  A. Our fundraising candles are made with 100% soy wax, which burns cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin wax. This means you can enjoy a longer-lasting candle — at least 45 hours of burn time — with less soot. Each candle is hand-poured into an 8 oz. glass jar (holding 7.3 oz. of wax) for a premium, eco-friendly burn.
• Q: How does the candle fundraiser work?
  A. Each participating organization shares a custom fundraising link. Supporters place orders directly through our website. At the end of the fundraiser, we total all sales and your organization receives 50% of profits.
• Q: How are candles delivered?
  A. We deliver directly to the organization at no cost if it is within a 100-mile radius of Landenberg, PA 19350. Delivery is to the organization only, not to individual homes.
• Q: Can candles be shipped to individual supporters instead?
  A. Yes. Supporters who wish to receive their candles at home can choose shipping at checkout. Shipping is a flat rate of $7 per order anywhere in the U.S. Candles will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks after campaign ends.
• Q: How long does it take to receive candles after the fundraiser ends?
  A. Candles are typically ready for delivery or shipping within 2–3 weeks after the fundraiser closes.
• Q: Can we choose our own scents?
  A. Supporters will choose from our curated scent catalog. Seasonal offerings may vary depending on the time of year.
• Q: Can we customize labels or scents for our organization?
  A. Yes, your organization can create its own label. This can be especially fun for schools as you can have a student contest for best label to go on candle. We will provide label requirements and have labels printed.
