We will respond within 2 calendar days. The wholesale program is for 7.3 oz clear jar candles and 10 oz clear and smoke colored vessels, but we can work together to source other vessel options! You must have a verifiable business to get wholesale pricing.

If we think our brands are complimentary, you will be invoiced with the applicable discount on candles, plus shipping costs. (See pricing information below.) Locals are welcomed to pickup orders from the Studio.

ORDER MINIMUM & PAYMENT 

1st order minimum: 1 dozen                                                                               

Reorder minimum: 1 dozen

Orders must meet the above minimums in order to be processed. You will be sent an electronic invoice with shipping charges. Once payment is made, candles are made to order, and lead time starts from here.

Wholesale Options!

• 7.3 oz Vessel - $13.20 per candle - 45 hours of burn time
• 10 oz Vessel - $17 per candle - 60 hours of burn time

Note: It it recommended that you provide your label design. The label size and specifications will be provided to you. Concrete vessels will only have a label at the bottom of the vessel as not to take away from the look of the vessel.

* Custom scents require testing for candles, and have a longer lead time. If local, you are welcomed to visit the Studio to create a custom scent. If handling via shipping, tea light samples will be created based on your virtual choices.

LEAD TIME

2 to 3 weeks for single scents that have already been tested. 3 to 5 weeks for custom scented candles. Concrete vessels will take 4 to 6 weeks. These are handmade to order.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

We ship via USPS priority mail or UPS. There is a $10 flat shipping fee for orders $350 or more. Free shipping is not available on wholesale orders.

For orders <$350, shipping cost are determined by weight. A shipping amount will be on your invoice. You can review your invoice prior to purchasing.

Local partners are able to schedule a pickup time.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns. However, damaged products must be reported to Candle Studio 1422 within 7 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. Once we review the claim, we will work with you on an exchange or a credit for a future purchase. Any exchange or credit is based on the value of the product at the time of the purchase. Please note, that shipping costs are not refundable.
