Booking Policy

$10 Deposit (per person) – This deposit secures your seat and will be applied to your balance on the day of your candle-making experience. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation or fail to show up, the $10 per person deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
• No-shows and late cancellations (within 48 hours of your reservation) will forfeit the $10 deposit.
• Individuals arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling of the reservation.

After Your Experience

• Candles take approximately 2 hours to set and will not be ready for same-day pick-up if your pour within 4 hours of closing time.  If you are unable to pick up your candles the same day, they will be available the following business day.
  

Important Session Information

• Each session lasts 1 hour and will end promptly at the scheduled time to allow staff time to clean and prepare for the next group.
• Parties will begin promptly at the scheduled time, even if some participants are late.

Prices for vessels range from $35-$54. Shipping is available at $8 ($9 for concrete candles) for the first candle and $2 for each additional candle, to the same address.

Group limit is 8 people. BYOB is welcome, but NO FOOD is allowed in the Studio. Children under 10 require adult supervision.
