Ingredients: 5% Dilution in Fractionated Coconut Oil Essential Oils: Black Spruce Frankincense Ho Wood Geranium Chamomile  

To Use: Roll on pulse points such as wrists, inside elbows, temples, bend of knee, ankles, soles of feet, back of neck.
